Erma Care in Strathpine, QLD is seeking compassionate Support Workers for its 24-hour house. This casual role offers flexible hours to assist male participants living with disabilities with daily living tasks, personal care, and emotional support in a community setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care, disability support or related care environment (or willingness to obtain relevant qualifications).
• Current Working with Children Check and a valid driver’s licence (preferred).
• Willingness to obtain or maintain certifications as required by the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care activities (bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing).
• Support clients with meal preparation, cooking and feeding as required.
• Help with household tasks and maintaining living environment.
