Responsibilities include describing changes to senior staff, maintaining hygiene routines, assisting with daily tasks, and promoting resident wellbeing through engagement and social activities.

Qualifications

• Experience providing personal care to elderly or disabled individuals.
• Cleaning experience relevant to home/community care settings.
• Police clearance or eligibility for clearance is required for the role.

Responsabilités

• Attend to personal care needs with a person-centred approach.
• Provide manual handling support and assist with daily hygiene routines.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to senior staff.
• Maintain accurate care logs and care plans; support wellbeing and mental health.
