Job summary

Estia Health is seeking caring individuals to join our aged care homes across Australia. You will support residents in daily activities, ensure comfort and nutrition, and collaborate with a team to meet both routine and challenging needs.

We value compassion, discretion, and respect for privacy as we help residents stay active and engaged, with opportunities to grow within our community-focused organization.

Qualifications

• A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives.
• Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.
• Time spent working as a caregiver or similar.
• Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
• Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
• Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active
• Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments
• Be a friend to our residents
• Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected
