Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services Werribee is seeking a Personal Care Assistant to join an experienced, compassionate team within a contemporary aged care facility. You will support residents with daily living activities, personal care, grooming and mobility in a respectful, person-centred environment.

The role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent, previous aged care experience, and a commitment to upholding resident rights and safety.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support is essential.
• Experience in an aged care environment.
• Personal care provision aligned with the organisation's mission and philosophy.
• Experience providing grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting and social activities.
• High level of customer service and strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and understand resident rights and responsibilities.
