St Vincent’s Care Services Werribee is seeking a Casual Personal Care Assistant to join a welcoming, professional care team near Melbourne. You’ll support residents with grooming, mobility, meals and daily activities in line with care plans, bringing compassion and a person-centred approach.

Essential qualifications include Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, experience in aged care, and vaccination against flu and Covid-19; additional checks may be required.

Formación

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Certificate III Aged Care is essential.
• Experience in an aged care environment.
• Personal care provision that is consistent with the mission and philosophy of our organisation.
• Experience providing services and activities centred around client needs including grooming, showering, mobility, meals, toileting, social activities.
• High level of customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan.
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities.
• Vaccinated against Influenza and Covid-19.
• National Police Certificate.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
