St Vincent's Care Services Eltham is seeking a compassionate Personal Care Assistant for casual shifts. You will join a dedicated team delivering person-centred care to residents, including grooming, mobility support, meals and social activities, aligned with our mission and care philosophy.

Applicants should hold a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, have aged care experience, and demonstrate strong communication with residents and colleagues while upholding safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in an aged care environment is required.
• Ability to provide personal care per care plan and maintain resident dignity.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, showering and mobility support.
• Deliver meals, toileting assistance and social activities.
• Follow care plans with attention to detail and maintain high service standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team, ensuring safety and respect.
