Job summary

St Vincent's Care Services Werribee is seeking a Casual Personal Care Assistant to join a dedicated team. You will contribute to a welcoming, professional care experience for residents in an 80-bed facility located in the Wyndham Health Precinct, 30km south-west of Melbourne.

Your heart for care and ability to follow care plans will be essential. Qualifying with Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care and experience in aged care is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support / Aged Care or equivalent is essential.
• Experience in an aged care environment.
• Personal care provision that aligns with our mission and philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care including grooming, showering, mobility, meals and toileting.
• Support residents with social activities and wellbeing.
• Maintain high standard of customer service and clear communication.
