Catholic Healthcare is seeking a Part-time Aged Care Worker in the Central Coast NSW area to provide compassionate personal care to residents, assist with activities, and support daily living tasks. Training is available, and opportunities exist across 40+ locations.

The role emphasizes respectful engagement with residents and families, teamwork, and commitment to the dignity and wellbeing of older people in a not-for-profit setting.

Qualifications

• A heart and passion for providing high quality care
• Ability to establish relationships with residents and their families
• Respect for residents' values, customs, and beliefs
• Certificate III or Cert IV in aged care
• Medication qualifications (we can facilitate)

Responsibilities

• Provide resident personal care including hygiene, mobility, meals, and social support.
• Administer basic medications.
• Engage residents in activities aligned with interests and preferences.
• Collaborate with staff to run the household around resident needs.
