Job summary

Apollo Care is seeking a dedicated Admissions Officer to guide prospective residents and families through the admissions journey. You will be the main contact for inquiries, coordinating documentation, waitlists, and external coordination to ensure a smooth experience from enquiry to admission.

You will collaborate with the Residential Service Manager and team, handling sensitive information with care, and supporting occupancy goals while delivering a welcoming first impression for residents and

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, admissions, customer service or relationship management, preferably in aged care or health care.
• Ability to work with residents, families and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency with internal systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative aspects of new resident admissions and ensure documents are completed on time.
• Maintain and manage the resident waitlist and follow up enquiries.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families, providing clear information and support.
• Coordinate admissions with hospitals, health professionals, My Aged Care and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and data across internal systems.
• Support occupancy and ensure vacancies are progressed efficiently.
