Job summary

Pines Living, a 130-bed aged care facility, is seeking a warm, professional Client Liaison Officer to join our administration team. You’ll be the first contact for residents, families and visitors, delivering empathetic, efficient service and coordinating admissions with care and sensitivity.

You will support the General Manager and Care Managers with documentation, records and communications, helping to keep the home running smoothly and ensuring a person-centred admission experience for

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience in Health, Aged Care, or Community Care is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, empathetic customer experience in person, by phone, and email.
• Coordinate and oversee the new resident admission process and required documentation.
• Liaise with residents, families, GP, and internal teams to ensure smooth admission.
• Maintain accurate resident records in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
