Job summary

headspace Eastern Shore is seeking a part-time receptionist/administrator to support young people aged 12–25 with a welcoming, client-centred service. You will work in a multidisciplinary team to ensure people feel safe, heard and supported.

The ongoing 0.6 FTE role is based at Rosny Park on Palawa land. It offers $33.33 per hour, plus 12% super and generous salary packaging up to $18,550.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration and/or reception roles, ideally within health or community services
• Compassionate, client-focused approach, especially for youth 12–25 and families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
• Confidentiality and person-centred practice
• Flexibility in work hours
