Merck Gruppe - MSD Sharp & Dohme is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Companion Animal in Sydney, NSW. The role focuses on growing sales, merchandising excellence and retail execution across Sydney, South NSW and Victoria with a field-based lifestyle.

You will collaborate with store teams, regional managers and key customers to deliver promotional programs, product visibility and staff training while driving a high-performing sales culture.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in sales, retail, account management or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, pharmacy, animal health or consumer products preferred.
• Tertiary business or science degree preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and engage customers at store level.
• Strong organisational and territory management skills.
• Ability to analyse sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Self-motivated with strong execution discipline and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
• Strong presentation and training skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office and CRM skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and develop territory plans.

• Monitor territory performance and respond to gaps.
