The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a Community Support Worker for Kimba to support aged, frail or disabled clients. You will provide personal care, meals, cleaning, transport and social support under a consumer-directed care model.

This permanent part-time role offers 22.8 hours per week, salary WHD3 $1,307.80 - $1,342.25 per week (pro-rata) plus 12% Superannuation, Leave Loading and salary sacrifice benefits.

Through our Consumer Directed Care model, you will work directly with consumers to help them maintain independence and make choices about their care.
