The role provides hands-on, person-centred support to clients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobilityassistance, andmaintaininga safe, clean, and comfortable environment. It also contributes to client wellbeing through support with routine treatments, medicationassistanceunder direction, and input into client assessments, ensuring care is responsive to individual needs and aligned with care plans.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, the role requires the ability to perform duties safely and effectively while exercising judgement and initiative within defined procedures. Ongoing training and skill development are essential, alongside a strong commitment to workplace health and safety, compliance, and continuous improvement to support high-quality care and positive team outcomes.
