Job summary

SA Health in Tumby Bay is seeking Direct Care Workers to join the Residential Casual Pool, providing direct client services to residents of the Residential Care Home in Tumby Bay and Uringa Hostel. Successful applicants will assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene and daily living activities within a supportive aged care team.

Casual contracts start ASAP and run through to December 2026, with an hourly rate of $29.11-$29.41 plus 25% casual loading, reflecting shift and roster arrangements

Applications are now open for the Direct Care Worker (Residential) Casual Pool at Uringa Hostel and Tumby Bay Hospital! We are now accepting applications for Residential Carers to join our dedicated Aged Care team, on a casual basis, in providing a direct client service to residents of the Residential Care Home in Tumby Bay. The Residential Carers provide a qualitative care for residents by assisting residents in personal hygiene and grooming, continence management, maintenance of mobility/dexterity, assistant with communicative aids, cleanliness and neatness of clients environment and more.
