Job summary

Community Gateway is seeking compassionate Community Support Workers to join our team in the Illawarra region. We provide flexible in-home care to clients, including personal care, domestic tasks such as cleaning and meal preparation, and transport to community activities.

We offer part-time, full-time and casual roles with on-the-job training, a not-for-profit salary packaging option, and added benefits such as a bonus scheme, rewards program, and kilometres reimbursement.

About the role

We are actively seeking compassionate and dedicated Community Support Workers to join our team. Our Community Support Workers provide flexible care to our clients in their homes through a range of services, including

• Providing personal care
• Domestic tasks including cleaning & meal preparation
• Transportation & community access

About you

This role requires:

• Certificate III Individual Support or equivalent.
• Commitment to provide high quality, wellness focused care.
• The ability to work autonomously & in a team environment.
