Job summary

Ingenia Lifestyle Parkside Lucas site is seeking a Community Manager to lead day-to-day community operations and enhance resident experiences. Reporting to the Area Manager, you’ll build strong connections and oversee services that contribute to a welcoming, vibrant lifestyle for residents.

You’ll manage budgeting, occupancy, and engagement programs while leading a team and contractors to deliver high-quality outcomes in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality or community settings.
• Able to lead day-to-day operations while balancing priorities.
• Experience budgeting or managing financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding resident experiences, measured through surveys and NPS.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, including presentation standards, occupancy and resident engagement.
• Lead financial performance through budgeting, planning and management of P&L outcomes.
• Foster a strong sense of community by delivering lifestyle, wellbeing and connection programs.
• Lead, motivate and support team members and contractors to deliver high quality outcomes.
