Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Local Government (Regulatory Services) and/or Rangers 1 & 2, or willingness to obtain these qualifications.
• Experience in local government regulatory services and understanding of relevant legislation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to work autonomously while being a supportive team player.
• Class C Driver Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide education and regulatory services in areas such as dog control, parking, littering, and impounding.
• Engage with the local community and provide education and guidance, supporting fair application of policies and legislation.
• Deliver customer service that helps create a safe, welcoming, and well-informed community.
