TerryWhite Chemmart Innisfail is seeking an experienced Pharmacist to step into a Pharmacy Manager role in North Queensland. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee day-to-day operations of the dispensary and front-of-shop, and drive exceptional patient care in our community facility.

Qualifications
- Hold a current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent).
- Minimum 2 years of leadership and people management experience.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to achieve business outcomes.
- Experience managing both dispensary and retail operations.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer care and clinical services in a community pharmacy.
- Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Dedicated to Care values and high-performing team culture.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing pharmacy team.
- Oversee all aspects of the dispensary and front-of-shop operations.
- Drive sales, KPIs and financial performance of the pharmacy.
- Ensure compliance with all professional and legislative requirements.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promote clinical services.
- Partner with the Group Pharmacy Manager and Pharmacy Owner to implement business strategies and growth initiatives.
