Job summary

TerryWhite Chemmart Caloundra North is seeking a hands-on Retail Manager to lead a high-performing team in a busy pharmacy and retail setting. You will drive daily operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and actively engage with customers on the shop floor to foster a positive culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a motivated retail team through a hands-on leadership approach.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service and customer outcomes.
Actively engage with customers and support the team on the shop floor during busy periods.
Oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and presentation standards.
Manage team performance, training, and rostering.
Resolve customer enquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
Support inventory management, stock control processes, and retail performance targets.
Provide cover for stock control duties when required, including during annual leave and other absences.
Maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming store environment.
