Job summary

BlueCare is recruiting a Personal Carer to work in the Ayr area. You will support clients in their homes, helping with daily living activities and maintaining independence. This role is part-time and permanent, with a competitive hourly rate and Not-for-Profit salary packaging.

In addition to care delivery, you will assist with transport, shopping, and accessing community activities, under an individual Care Plan. A driver’s licence and roadworthy vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) essential.
• Vehicle with roadworthy and insurance (Third Party Property minimum) essential.
• Experience with smartphones, tablets and laptops is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients at home for scheduled care visits.
• Provide in-home personal care including daily living tasks.
• Follow individualised Care Plans and safety protocols.
• Support with community activities and errands.
