Job summary

BlueCare in Australia is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in the community, assisting with daily activities and domestic tasks. You’ll spend time on the road visiting homes, providing cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and transportation support to appointments.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of AUD 34.50 plus super, salary packaging, travel reimbursements, allowances and staff discounts, along with Not-for-Profit benefits and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work – Essential
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the road completing scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes supporting with daily activities
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation & laundry and ironing
• Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments
