Zusammenfassung

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in the Murgon and surrounding areas. You will travel to clients’ homes, perform in-home personal care and daily living assistance, and follow individual care plans to improve quality of life.

Role requires Certificate III Aged Care or equivalent, a current Australian driver's licence, and a work vehicle. Salary packaging and travel reimbursements are offered along with employee discounts and parental leave.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent qualification is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) is essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work is essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.

Aufgaben

• Provide in-home personal care to clients living in the community.
• Assist with daily living activities: showering, dressing, meals, housekeeping, laundry and ironing.
• Support clients according to individual care plans and assist with appointments and transport.
