Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to deliver in-home care to clients in Warwick and surrounding areas. You will visit clients, support daily living tasks, and help maintain independence with a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Role requires Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support, a current Australian driver’s licence, and a roadworthy/insured vehicle. Enjoy salary packaging, allowances, and travel reimbursements in a Not-for-Profit setting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent is essential.
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum) essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work (Third Party Property minimum) essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home personal care to clients living in the community.
• Support clients with daily activities, including showering, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
• Assist with transport, shopping, appointments and community activities.
• Maintain client independence and dignity according to individual Care Plans.
• Document care provided and raise any concerns to supervisors.
