BaptistCare NSW & ACT invites applications for the Pathways Team Leader role in the Hunter region, coordinating across Wallsend and Windale. You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering integrated, person-centred support to people experiencing disadvantage, vulnerability and social marginalisation, guided by BaptistCare’s values and best practice principles.

You are a confident, compassionate leader with experience in community services, strong people skills and the ability to inspire teams

Qualifikationen

• Degree or postgraduate in Community Development, Social Work or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years working in a Community Services environment and Community Development.
• Mental Health First Aid accreditation, Trauma Informed Care training (or willingness to participate in training).
• A current and valid Working with Children Check.
• Ability in creating, developing and implementing program plans within the Best Practice Frameworks of the Community Service Sector.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare’s Christian identity and promote the organisation’s values through interactions at work.
