Pathfinders is seeking a Team Leader for the Mid North Coast region to work 24 hour per week. The role focuses on empowering people with disabilities to pursue goals, while providing person-led support and strong leadership to the team.

The Team Leader will supervise staff, assist with daily operations, rosters and workforce planning, and ensure compliance with SCHADS Award requirements. Flexible shifts, including sleepovers and weekends, are required.

Formación

• Knowledge of the SCHADS Award, rostering and workforce planning.
• Experience leading care staff in a disability services setting.

Responsabilidades

• Provide person-led support to empower participants to pursue goals.
• Lead, supervise and mentor staff to deliver high-quality support.
• Assist Senior Coordinator and Disability Support Manager with daily operations, staff support, service delivery and compliance.
• Maintain flexibility to work afternoon, evening, sleepover and weekend shifts.
