Job summary

Eureka Group Holdings Ltd, operating as Eureka Villages, is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Kin Kora. This hands-on role maintains gardens and outdoor areas, carries out general repairs, and responds to resident maintenance requests to keep the community well-presented.

You will report to the Park Manager and work with an onsite team, enjoying an independent yet collaborative environment with opportunities to impact residents’ daily living.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, gardening, landscaping or property maintenance.
• Ability to perform a range of general, non-trade maintenance tasks.
• Safe work practices and use of hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining gardens, lawns and outdoor areas (mowing, edging, whipper snipping, pruning).
• Completing general repairs and handyman tasks (painting, basic plumbing, fixtures).
• Keeping the park clean, safe and well presented (rubbish removal, pressure cleaning).
• Working safely and maintaining maintenance records; responding to resident requests.
• Providing friendly service to residents and coordinating with Park Manager and contractors.
