Job summary
NHS Highland is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Community Mental Health Nurse to join the Skye and Lochalsh area within the Skye Lochalsh & Wester Ross Community Mental Health team. You will work in an Integrated Health and Social Care setting, carrying a caseload and delivering assessments, care planning and reviews.
A full current driving licence and access to your own car for business purposes are essential. A relocation package may be offered.
Responsibilities
- Assessments, care planning, care implementation and reviews.
- Act as a caseload holder for patients in Wester Ross.
- Demonstrate a broad range of clinical therapeutic work.
- Able to work independently and within the multi-disciplinary team.
