Job summary

NHS Scotland is seeking two Lead Health & Social Care Support Workers (Band 4) to join the Care at Home team serving South Skye and Lochalsh. Each position is 22.65 hours per week, with a 4 on/4 off rotation and a strong focus on person-centred care.

As senior team members, you'll work with greater autonomy, supervise colleagues, and contribute to delivering high standards of care. Driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with supervision and training provided.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Relevant experience in a care environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes.
• Promote independence, dignity and overall wellbeing of service users.
• Provide supervision and support to colleagues and help maintain high standards of care.
