Job summary

Community First Bank in Sydney is seeking a dedicated Community Partnerships Manager to grow and deepen relationships within local communities. You will design engagement programs with measurable outcomes, aligning to the bank's community impact strategy and social outcomes.

You will lead partnerships with schools, universities, clubs, councils, housing providers and not-for-profits, coordinating events, volunteering initiatives and community education to empower financial wellbeing and home

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in community engagement, partnerships, business development or stakeholder management.
• Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Experience developing programs with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Community First Bank's community partnership strategy.
• Identify, secure and manage strategic partnerships across priority regions.
• Coordinate community workshops, seminars and education events.
• Establish annual community engagement calendars across priority regions.
• Work with partners to design sustainable initiatives that create long-term outcomes.
• Represent Community First Bank at community forums, events and industry networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with Branch, Lending, Marketing and Member Experience teams to maximise community outcomes.
• Develop and maintain a community impact dashboard.
• Produce quarterly and annual community impact reporting.
• Coordinate Employee volunteering initiatives.
