Job summary

Community First Bank, a member-owned bank serving communities across Sydney and regional NSW, is seeking a Community Partnerships Manager to lead partnerships and community impact programs.

You will design and implement engagement strategies, build strong relationships with schools, universities, clubs, councils and not-for-profits, and collaborate with multiple teams to maximize social outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in community engagement, partnerships, business development or stakeholder management.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships.
• Experience developing programs and initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong project management capability.
• Current driver's licence.
• Experience within banking, mutuals, financial services or member-owned organisations.
• Qualifications in Business, Community Development, Marketing, Communications or related discipline.
• Experience working with community organisations, charities or local government.
• Grant and sponsorship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Community First Bank's community partnership strategy.
• Identify, secure and manage strategic partnerships across priority regions.
• Build strong relationships with schools, universities and other community organisations.
• Coordinate community workshops, seminars and education events.
• Establish annual community engagement calendars across priority regions.
• Work with partners to design sustainable initiatives that create long-term outcomes.
• Represent Community First Bank at community forums, events and industry networking opportunities.
• Develop trusted relationships with key community leaders and influencers.
• Collaborate with Branch, Lending, Marketing and Member Experience teams to maximise community outcomes.
• Act as the primary contact for Community Impact partnerships.
• Develop and maintain a community impact dashboard.
• Measure and report outcomes including people educated, small businesses supported, students reached, and financial wellbeing improvements.
• Produce quarterly and annual community impact reporting.
• Coordinate employee volunteering initiatives.
