Job summary

Bendigo Bank's Community Bank Homebush in NSW is hiring a Mobile Lending Manager to grow the local lending book. You'll manage your own portfolio, identify prospects, tailor lending solutions, and build lasting relationships within the community.

You will guide clients through the lending process, leverage your credit analysis skills, and help customers achieve their financial goals while strengthening local ties. The role is permanent, full‑time in Homebush with a 76-hour fortnight roster.

Qualifications

• Extensive consumer lending experience - this is essential
• Strong networks and a proven ability to self-generate new business opportunities
• High level of understanding of lending products, policies and regulations
• An ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs and a develop a holistic view of their situation
• Highly developed credit analysis skills
• An understanding of small business offerings
• A self-motivated, high performing approach, with a proven track record of consistently delivering lending growth

Responsibilities

• Proactively building a strong pipeline by identifying new opportunities, establishing referral partnerships, and acquiring new customers through strategic networking.
• Guiding customers seamlessly through the lending process, providing them with confidence and peace of mind as you help them achieve their financial goals.
• Strengthening your community presence by building your personal brand, leveraging Community Bank relationships, and expanding your network through local events.
• Leveraging your credit analysis expertise to ensure positive lending outcomes and future-proofing customers' financial success.
• Developing lasting relationships within the community as a trusted lending expert who supports customers' needs.
