Company Shop Group is seeking a Lead for our Community Hub in Kirkdale, Liverpool. You will drive social impact programmes, coordinate with housing providers and cross-sector partners, and lead a team to deliver training and community initiatives.

• Deliver Community Hub’s programmes and community initiatives aligned to local needs.
• Lead and develop social impact services with housing providers and public/private sectors.
• Deliver membership drives to broaden Community Hub engagement.
• Provide in-house training and development programmes.
• Coordinate social programmes with cross-sector partners and stakeholders.
• Design projects, set budgets, manage resources and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Develop social impact offerings within the social sector and beyond.
• Deliver and promote access to Community Shop services.
