Job summary

Sunnyfield Disability Services is seeking a Team Leader to guide a Community Hub team, ensuring person-centred service delivery and strong client outcomes. The role focuses on mentoring staff, managing rostering, and delivering meaningful programs for clients in a busy hub.

You will foster a supportive, team‑oriented culture with training and peer guidance while maintaining safety, compliance, and positive community partnerships. Must have valid checks and NSW driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Vaccinated against Covid-19.
• Clear NSW NSW Worker Checks (NDIS and National Criminal History).
• Provide 2 references.
• Hold a current NSW driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Leading, mentoring and supporting a team of Community Support Workers.
• Ensuring high-quality, person-centred service delivery.
• Overseeing daily operations, staffing and rostering.
• Developing and delivering engaging programs for clients.
• Managing incidents, reporting and compliance requirements.
• Building positive relationships with clients, families and community stakeholders.
