Job summary

Junior Adventures Group in Melton South is seeking an Assistant Coordinator to step up into leadership, operations and team management within a supportive environment. This permanent, part-time role offers 30 hours per week and split shifts Monday to Friday: 6.45 - 9.00am and 2.45 - 6.30pm.

You will work with experienced regional managers, mentor educators, manage rosters, and develop engaging programs such as STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft, while building strong relationships with

Qualifications

• Hold or be willing to obtain police check (we will cover)
• State Working-with-Children check
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding
• VIC Diploma-Level Educator qualification or progress to ACECQA standard

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a passionate team of Educators onsite
• Build confidence in roster management, service operations, compliance and administration
• Create engaging programs including STEM, cooking, sport, art and craft experiences
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, schools and the community
• Develop skills to progress into future management opportunities
