Job summary

Uniting is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, person-centred care in clients' homes across Western Sydney. You will assess needs, develop and review care plans, deliver clinical interventions, and monitor health changes to support safe, effective home care.

You’ll work with clients, families and the care team to promote independence, dignity and quality of life, guided by strong communication and compassionate practice. Driving licence and own vehicle are required.

Qualifications

Current AHPRA registration and a nursing qualification.
Experience in aged care or community nursing preferred.
Strong person-centred clinical practice and communication.
Ability to work autonomously in the community with a vehicle.
Current Australian driver licence and insured vehicle.

Responsibilities
