Job summary

Uniting is recruiting a Registered Nurse for Home Care in Western Sydney. You will deliver person-centred nursing care, assess needs, plan care, perform clinical interventions and monitor health in clients’ homes.

Work closely with families, carers and the care team to support independence, dignity and quality of life. We seek AHPRA-registered nurses with aged care/community nursing insight, strong communication skills, and a valid Australian driver licence with access to an insured vehicle.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Uniting Home Care, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to clients across Western Sydney. Drawing on your clinical expertise, you’ll assess individual needs, develop and review care plans, deliver clinical interventions, monitor changes in health and respond appropriately to support safe, effective care at home. You’ll work closely with clients, families, carers and the broader care team, providing clinical guidance and coordinating care that promotes independence, dignity and quality of life.

Who we’re looking for

• Current AHPRA registration and a relevant nursing qualification
• Experience in aged care or community nursing, or broader health-sector nursing experience with a genuine interest in aged care
• A commitment to contemporary, person-centred clinical practice
• Strong communication, organisation and time-management skills, with the ability to work resourcefully in the community
• A compassionate and adaptable approach aligned with Uniting’s values of being compassionate, respectful, imaginative and bold
• A current Australian driver licence and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle
