Job summary

The Common Good, operating through The Prince Charles Hospital Foundation, seeks a Community Fundraising Coordinator to grow local support for Caboolture Hospital. You’ll build relationships with local businesses, schools, groups and hospital teams, creating fundraising opportunities and turning conversations into action.

You’ll manage a diverse portfolio, coordinate events, support CRM use and spend one day weekly at Caboolture Hospital, bringing autonomy and meaningful impact to community

Qualifications

• Experience in community fundraising or relationship-based roles.
• Strong networking and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple relationships and events.
• CRM experience and Microsoft 365 beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop fundraising opportunities with local businesses, schools, community groups and hospital teams.
• Manage a portfolio of fundraising activity and follow up prospects to turn conversations into next steps.
• Coordinate events, campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
• Support event logistics, CRM updates and engagement ideas with hospital teams.
• Spend one day each week at Caboolture Hospital to stay connected with the Foundation team.
