Qualifications

• Experience delivering community, social or health programs.
• Experience supporting volunteers or community groups.

• Ability to plan, coordinate and run community activities.
• Able to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Understanding of inclusive, culturally respectful practice.
• Basic awareness of WHS and safe work practices.
• Police Check and Working With Children Check are required.

Responsibilities

• Support local programs aimed at health, wellbeing and social inclusion in social housing communities.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver group activities with tenants, volunteers and partners.
• Assist with basic administration, reporting and program evaluation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strong community engagement.
• Foster inclusive, safe and connected communities.
