The Community Connector role is a community-focused position that supports local programs aimed at improving health, wellbeing, social inclusion, and community capacity building within social housing communities. The role involves working directly with tenants, volunteers, and partner organisations to plan, coordinate, and deliver group-based activities that respond to local needs. It also includes supporting volunteers, helping with basic administration and reporting, and contributing to program evaluation and continuous improvement. Overall, it's a hand-on community engagement role that combines program delivery, volunteer coordination, and strong communication, with a focus on creating inclusive, safe, and connected communities.
