Salary: UoM 7 $109,093 - $118,091 p.a. plus 17% super

About the role

Reporting to the Associate Director, the Community Engagement Manager is responsible for assisting in the successful delivery of the Centre's community engagement events, programs and initiatives. This role involves resource allocation, supporting the program's lead, providing administrative assistance, and helping to ensure the operational success and communication of the Centre's engagement activities. The Community Engagement Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including but not limited to regional workshops such as the Regional Business Series (previous workshops held in Alice Springs - Mparntwe, Shepparton - Kanny Goopna, Broome - Rubibi, and Yarrabah), as well as any new programs developed by the Centre.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Community Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic community partnerships, activities, and events to build strong relations and connections.
  • Implement Engagement Plans: Support the implementation of community engagement plans aligned with Dilin Duwa's strategy, managing risks and reporting outcomes.
  • Manage Resources: Allocate and manage resources effectively to support community programs and activities, ensuring timely contractor payments.
  • Create Engaging Content: Develop content for various communication channels to showcase Dilin Duwa's work to internal and external stakeholders.
