Base pay range: A$111,275.00/yr – A$120,453.00/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the successful delivery of the centre’s community engagement events, programs and initiatives, providing administrative assistance and ensuring operational success and communication.
  • Coordinate community partnerships, developing and managing strategic relationships, activities and events.
  • Implement engagement plans aligned with Dilin Duwa’s strategy, managing risks and reporting outcomes.
  • Allocate and manage resources effectively to support community programs, ensuring timely contractor payments.
  • Create engaging content for various communication channels to showcase Dilin Duwa's work to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee a diverse portfolio of programs, including regional workshops (e.g. Alice Springs – Mparntwe, Shepparton – Kanny Goopna, Broome – Rubibi, Yarrabah) and any new programmes developed by the centre.
Qualifications
  • Degree or relevant experience in a large, complex service‑oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience developing and sustaining community relationships and partnerships.
  • Track record in negotiating community engagement initiatives.
  • High‑level organisational and time‑management skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity and understanding when working with diverse community groups.
