Job summary

Beyond Blue is seeking a proactive Community Engagement Coordinator (Events & Volunteers) to join our Strategic Engagement team in Melbourne. You’ll coordinate our presence at events nationwide and support volunteers who bring our work to life in communities.

You’ll handle event logistics, recruit and onboard volunteers, and contribute to communications and impact evaluation to reduce stigma and increase access to mental health information.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Event Management, Community Engagement or related field.
• Experience in health or not-for-profit sector is advantageous but not essential.
• Experience in administration, coordination, event management and volunteer coordination is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Beyond Blue’s presence at community events across Australia.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of volunteers for events.
• Prepare communications and evaluate the impact of events.
