Job summary

BlueFit is seeking a Swim School Manager for the Sandringham site in Melbourne. You will own the Learn to Swim program, lead a team of instructors, and ensure exceptional safety and service quality within a welcoming community facility.

You will report to regional leadership and collaborate with site teams to foster growth, retention, and a fun, inclusive aquatic environment for members and families.

Qualifications

• Swim Teaching Qualification SISSS00112 (or AUSTSWIM / Swim Australia equivalent).
• VIC Working with Children Check (Employee status).
• Proven leadership of swim programs and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Learn to Swim program and Sandringham facility operations.
• Mentor instructors, engage with parents, and uphold safety and service standards.
• Identify opportunities to enhance program quality, retention, and community engagement.
