Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is offering a Community Corrections Officer role across Sydney metro locations. Temporary vacancies exist with a talent pool for ongoing opportunities, including a mandatory four‑week in-person paid training program at Brush Farm Academy.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the NSW criminal justice system and case management.
• Commitment to Aboriginal and CALD communities and diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.

Responsibilities

• Manage cases for individuals under supervision (Parole/ICOs/CCOs).
• Conduct home visits to ensure compliance with conditions.
