Qualifications

• Obtain Certificate IV Correctional Practice within 24 months.
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to drive within NSW.
• Successful completion of a four-week paid training program at Brush Farm Academy.

Responsibilities

• Supervise individuals on community-based orders and guide rehabilitation.
• Assess risks and needs; develop tailored case plans.
• Prepare reports for relevant authorities and recommend programs.
• Contribute to safer communities through positive behavioural change.
