Salary – $102,936 - $113,579 per annum plus superannuation and leave loading

As a Community Corrections Officer, you will join a dedicated and dynamic team focused on offender rehabilitation and enhancing community safety. What you’ll do
Community Corrections Officers are trained to manage cases for individuals serving community‑based orders, including Parole Orders, Intensive Corrections Orders, and Community Corrections Orders. In some locations, officers also work with offenders in custody to prepare them for successful reintegration into the community upon their release on parole. This role offers extensive training opportunities and pathways for career advancement. Successful candidates will be required to complete a mandatory four-week, in‑person, paid training program at Corrective Services Brush Farm Academy, which is a key component of the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice curriculum.

Corrective Services NSW (CSNSW) delivers professional correctional services and programs to reduce reoffending and create safer communities. We house remand and sentenced inmates in correctional centres and supervise offenders serving orders in the community.
CSNSW provides reports and advice to courts and releasing/parole authorities and assesses offenders in the community and in custody for relevant interventions to reduce their risks of reoffending. CSNSW works in partnership with other government and non‑government justice and human services agencies to support victims, facilitate restorative justice and promote reintegration.
