Job summary

Carexcell is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team in delivering local, personalised care. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, medication administration, and social support to empower clients in the community.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or Disability.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.
• Comprehensively insured vehicle.
• Ability to speak a second language (highly regarded).
• Previous experience in aged care or disability support (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Personal Care Support: assist with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility, and continence care.
• Domestic Assistance: light household duties, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
• Health & Wellbeing Support: administer medication, support reablement-focused care, monitor client wellbeing.
• Social & Emotional Support: provide companionship and facilitate community involvement.
• Care Planning & Documentation: follow person-centred care plans and maintain records.
• Workplace Health & Safety: adhere to WHS guidelines and ensure a safe environment.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: work with team and participate in training and development.

Skills
