The Benevolent Society is seeking a Registered Nurse to support older Australians in their homes across Western Sydney from our Penrith base. This permanent full-time role is largely community-based, offering autonomous practice while working with Care Partners and the broader service delivery team to deliver high‑quality in-home nursing and clinical support.

You will conduct health assessments, wound care, and ensure safe, person-centred care.

Competenze

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• Working With Children Check.
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Driver licence and access to a registered and insured vehicle.

Mansioni

• Deliver nursing care, personal care and clinical support to aged care clients in their homes.
• Conduct health assessments, reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Identify changes in client wellbeing and recommend appropriate supports.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
• Support quality, compliance and safe service delivery.
• Help clients remain independent and living well at home.
