Job summary

The Benevolent Society is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver in-home nursing and personal care to older Australians across Western Sydney. This highly autonomous role focuses on safe, independent living, with strong client relationships and collaboration with Care Partners.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
• First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Driver licence and access to a registered vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care, personal care and clinical support to aged care clients in their homes.
• Conduct health assessments, reviews and ongoing monitoring.
• Provide wound care and other nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records.
